A public hearing (Case 2012-2) will be held for December 5, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. for an appeal from an administrative decision from the Town’s enforcement officer. Applicants are Tod and Donna Smith, Map R9 Lot 14, 236 Forest Rd, Greenfield, NH. Property owners are continuing to work under an expired building permit dated 7/13/11. Town ordinance in question, Article XVII Section E of the Zoning Ordinance: Term of permit.

Applicants are Tod and Donna Smith, Map R9 Lot 14, 236 Forest Rd, Greenfield, NH. Property owners are continuing to operate an illegal business in the General Residence District. Town ordinance in question, Article III Section E of the Zoning Ordinance: General Residence District.
